How can I retrieve or change my account password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, we will be happy to send you a new one. Go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to create your account and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset password.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, Piccoli & Co gifts are wrapped in our beautiful white customized tissue paper complete with a handwritten gift note free of charge. All gifts are finished with white ribbon. We are unable to wrap some large and oversized packages, like mosses baskets and furniture.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Piccoli & Co take payment via pay pal on line and in store we take major cards such as Visa and mastercard. We do not currently accept American Express.

Can I edit or update my order once I have completed the online check out process?

Please call us 0208 6753900 and our Customer Care team will work with you to make any changes.

How do you take orders for furniture?

Orders for furniture are only accepted and activated upon receipt by Piccoli & Co of a 50% non refundable deposit. Balance payment shall be due in full upon the goods being ready for delivery and shall be paid in full before they are released. If payment is via Bank Transfer, Piccoli & Co must receive cleared funds before goods are released.

How do you ship your orders?

Piccoli & Co orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly and ship on a next day service. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. In the event of delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

For next day shipping in the UK your order needs to be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday  and you will receive your goods on the next working day.

Larger items such as furniture and other items where noted “oversized freight” on the shipping & delivery tab are not available for rush delivery & if ordered with other items will arrive separately.

We regret that we are unable to ship to addresses outside the EU or to post office boxes.

Please note that our furniture pieces are delivered via Freight Trucks. These items will be delivered to your front door only. Please note these items may also arrive on a palette.

What are your Shipping Charges?

There is a delivery charge of £9.00 for next day  shipping within the UK or for standard shipping 3-5 days, there is a delivery charge of £5.95.

For next day shipping your order needs to be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday  and you will receive your goods on the next working day.

For Deliveries within Europe  there is a delivery charge of £15.00. We aim to deliver European orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. For delivery of over sized items within Europe please call our customer services on 0044(0) 208 675 3900

Please note: These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. And this rate is excluding all over-sized freight items. For such items we will contact you directly to arrange the best delivery options.

How will you Ship and deliver large items such as furniture?

Delivery of large items will be charged individually. When placing the order online delivery charges will be shown as zero. We will then contact you and advise you on the delivery charges based on the volumetric measurements of the goods in question and you will be invoice for this

Piccoli & Co is happy to quote for export packing, freight and insurance to any overseas destination but reserves the right, with prior agreement of the client, to charge any additional charges to the client’s credit card should the shipping charges subsequently exceed the original quotation. Export quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.

Delivery charges within the London area will include delivery and installation to a cleared room and rubbish removal. If the room is not ready for installation and needs to be cleared, Piccoli & Co reserves the right at their discretion to make an additional charge dependent on time taken to clear or to refuse to deliver goods. All other UK and international shipping fees if applicable must be paid prior to dispatch of goods from our warehouse.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Piccoli & Co does not currently offer assembly service outside of the London area. For assembly within the London area please call us on 0208 6753900 for a quote and booking slot.
